    Hi Kent,

Do you know Maranello at Positano from Braddock and Logan homebuilder? How is the builder reputation and its house quality? I heard it will release several new homes soon but didn’t know much about the builder. One more question, Is its house price reasonable relative to current market? Thanks!

Jeff – last year B&L had some finanical difficulties so KBhomes and DR Horton had taken over most of lots. KB home community is called Cantara Place, reasonablly priced, 651k to 826k, starting from 1757sqft, read here, http://myrealinsight.com/2010/05/cantara-place-at-positano-update-in-may-2010/ or you can check kbhomes.com too. I have info on DR Horton and I will send you separate email…

Thanks for the info, Kent! I know B&L had some financial issues last year from google search, but I don’t know if it’s getting better now. We looked KB and DR Horton homes as well and we feel Maranello may have better layouts we like. however, we are not sure if it’s good in term of quality and value and if its price is aggressive. Thanks!
