February 21, 2011 – On this Presidents’ Day I took a client to visit Mission Estates by Robson Homes in the prestige Fremont Mission district.  It is located on Mission Blvd. right off I-680 freeway, with walking distance to the famous Mission San Jose High School…  Besides the unbeatable school district, I was impressed by Robson Homes’ exquisite custom architecture design, luxurious features and materials, and yet great value and price under the current housing climate scattered with foreclosures and short sales…

With total of 32 homes in the Mission Estates community, almost 70% are sold and moved in already…  At the time of my visit, there are about 7 Valencia models, 2 Carmel models, 3 Capistrano models that are currently available…  I know they will not last long because I see groups of people coming out of sales office and strolling among home sites that are barely being built…  Valencia model is my favorite, priced in mid $1.5M, and several homes sites on Loma Drive or Azul Court are currently available with 4,001 sq. ft. 3-car garage and a super family room and buyer can choose up to 6 bedrooms plus a bonus room!  If you can afford in the range of $2M, Carmel model will be your first choice, 4,615 sq. ft. with 4-car garage, and LOT #15 on Azul Court is located in one of best cul-de-sac location of the community…  LOT #18 Capistrano model on Mission Road is a valued home, priced in mid $1.4M, 3,419 sq. ft. that can accommodate a large family with 4 bedrooms plus a den…  LOT #2 Santa Clara model is also available on Verde Way…  Summary of each models as follows…
